Shipping Policy:
We ship to confirmed, verified addresses in the United States/Canada only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses.
International shipping is available for smaller products. Please contact us for the rates. You are responsible for customs, taxes in your country.
Please allow 3 TO 4 business days for all orders to get processed. We ship small items by Federal Express, UPS, USPS, fully insured with signature required.
We ship larger items by freight, national trucking companies and the time in transit is based on your city and state and it takes generally 10 to 15 business days in transit time.
TV Freight Policy:
1. You must always write: “Accepted subject to inspection”, before signing the freight bill. There is no exception to this rule.
2. Please inspect the box and make note of any dent, tear or crushed area even if it seems insignificant on the freight bill.
3. Obvious damage should be refused.
4. If the driver will not allow you to open the box and inspect, please find a flaw on the box and make a note of it on the freight bill. (no exception to this rule, because trucking company will refuse paying any claims).
5. Any concealed damage must be reported same day of delivery by e-mail and phone call to us.
6. If you purchase the shipping insurance and follow these guidelines, we can send you a replacement immediately if notes were made on the freight bill.
7. If no notes were made on the freight bill, the freight company then must inspect the damaged item before we can send a replacement. This usually takes a few weeks, and possibly voids coverage.
8. If you don’t purchase the insurance and there is damage, we will not send a replacement until the freight company accepts and inspects the item. This takes a few weeks as well.
If you do not follow any of the above rules you must file a claim yourself to the trucking company and they may not pay you anything because they will say that you have signed and received the product in good condition.

Return Policy:
Please read carefully: Within 30 days of your purchase date, you may return any new, unopened, factory-sealed merchandise or cancel your order for any reason or refuse the unit, however THERE IS A 25 % RE-STOCKING FEE FOR ANY RETURNED OR CANCELLED ORDERS & YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING EXPENSES (Shipping charges incurred in getting the product to you originally PLUS the shipping cost to return it back to us).
There are no exceptions to this rule.
You must have a return authorization (RMA) before you send the product back. Any item without RMA will be refused. Please send us an email through Amazon and obtain RMA and call toll free 888-303-2661. Returned items must include all factory packaging and supplied accessories in its original carton with all UPC & BAR CODES intact. All returned items must be shipped back to us fully insured by any national carrier companies with tracking numbers. Used or opened merchandise will not be exchangeable.

All our items are brand new in factory sealed boxes with manufacturer‘s warranty, extended warranties are available upon request. All warranty works for any defective item are taken care of thru any factory authorized service center in the U.S.A. Free of charge to you within the terms of manufacturer’s warranty & conditions set by the warrantor.
